Red tide and fertilizer runoff will dominate the agenda at tomorrow’s Venice City Council meeting.
Back in mid-August, the council hosted a special meeting on red tide and ways residents can help mitigate the blooms from fertilizer runoff.
Since then, the Herald-Tribune reports a number of homeowners have approached city officials with ideas and solutions to keep runoff to a minimum.
