The Venice Police Department is pleased to begin accepting applications for the Fifth Annual Citizen Police Academy. The Citizen Police Academy is an option given to interested individuals to help understand local law enforcement and what they do on a daily basis. The academy is a 10-week program held on Wednesdays beginning in February 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Applications will be accepted through Nov. 22, 2017.
