There was a drug bust in Venice last week resulting in the arrest of two men and a teenager. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office says that 22-year-old Shyheim Brown of Sarasota had twice sold heroin to undercover detectives. Shyheim was arrested last Wednesday in a rental car in a parking lot on Commercial Court. A search of the car turne dup heroin, fentanyl, marijuana, a digital scale and 18-hundred dollars in cash. Also arrested were his two passengers: 30-year-old Chadwick Stevens of Bradenton and 17-year-old Trayshawn Ramos of Sarasota.
