A Venice lawyer who prosecutors say defrauded his clients was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Adam Miller was also forced to repay $2M to his victims and will be on probation for 60 years after he leaves prison. Miller’s law license was also revoked by the Florida Supreme Court.
Prosecutors have said there still may be up to 20 additional victims and hundreds of thousands of dollars unaccounted for.
His father, former attorney Raymond Miller, was arrested in 2010 and sentenced to four years in prison for stealing nearly $1 million from the estate of Holocaust survivor Beila Millet of North Port.
