Police in Sarasota say a vehicle hit a stroller this morning.
A baby boy continues recovering after an SUV hit it.
It happened as his grandmother tried pushing him across 301.
Bayflight transported the year-old boy to a hospital. He remains in stable condition.
The grandmother also went to a hospital with injuries.
