Two men are facing three felony charges and nine misdemeanors after they captured three Key deer and put them in their car in Monroe County. One of the deer was put down on Thursday due to an injury to one of its legs. Police pulled over the vehicle after noticing a tail light was out. A deputy spotted two doe in the back seat and a buck in the trunk. There are roughly 600-800 of the federally protected deer in the Florida Keys
