Baseball fans will have to deal with traffic congestion when attending Tampa Bay Rays spring training games. An expansion of Edgewater Drive was expected to be completed by the Rays’ first home game at Charlotte Park on February 25th. But the project will not be finished until well after spring training is over because of rain delays. The Edgewater Drive expansion is costing more than 28 million dollars and is being paid for by the one percent sales tax.
