Three Arrested in Targeted Armed Home Invasion in North Port: Suspects Posed as Amazon Drivers

The North Port Police Department, in partnership with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), has arrested three suspects connected to a violent, targeted home invasion that occurred on May 23, 2025, in the 2500 block of Hobblebrush Drive.

Robert St. Germain of Port St. Lucie, Anton Bradley Brown of the Miami area, and Adlet Javon Francis of Orlando are now in custody following a coordinated investigation by North Port detectives and FDLE special agents.

Officers initially responded to an armed robbery report around 1:30 p.m. that day. Investigators say three men—posing as Amazon delivery drivers—tricked a young female resident into opening the front door. The suspects, all armed, then forced their way into the home.

After stealing cash and searching the house for additional valuables, the suspects held the young woman and her mother hostage while waiting for the father to return. Around 5 p.m., he arrived and attempted to enter through the back door after noticing the front was locked. He was confronted by one of the suspects, and a brief struggle ensued before the suspects fled.

One of the suspects later stole an unoccupied Ford F-150 left with the keys inside. The vehicle was recovered that weekend in a Port Charlotte shopping center off Kings Highway.

North Port Police crime scene technicians processed the area and recovered key evidence, including discarded items believed to be linked to the suspects. Authorities say the incident was not random—one of the suspects is known to the family.

“This case demonstrates the relentless commitment of our detectives, our Real Time Intelligence Center Analysts, and the critical partnership we share with FDLE,” said North Port Police Chief Todd Garrison. “Their tireless work has been instrumental in advancing this investigation and bringing those responsible to justice.”

The department’s message is clear: “If you come to North Port and victimize our residents, we will hold you accountable.”
