As we head into the new school and work week, schools across the area are on high alert after an anonymous tip was allegedly sent to officials about a shooting threat at Riverview High School. In an email sent to parents Sunday, principal Kathy Wilks said the threat did not contain many details, and seemed to be vaguely written on purpose. The school is working with law enforcement to take necessary precautions at the school. That follows an earlier threat late last week to Manatee HS.
