A Punta Gorda man is arrested after threatening a landscape worker with a pistol for moving his plant. Officials say the victim was blowing cut grass from the sidewalk in front of a condo building, when a man approached and began yelling at him. Kieran Staiano reportedly came within a few feet of the victim and produced a handgun from his waistband, waving it in front of the victim’s face and pointing it at the sky several times. Staiano is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was brought in on bond.
