A fight that broke out at East Lee County High School has a student facing battery against a law enforcement officer. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested the student just after 12:30 in the afternoon Wednesday after the altercation between the two. The school has not released any information as to what started the fight. As if that wasn’t enough another fight broke out during the investigation of the deputy-involved fracas. Several students were arrested and face misdemeanor disruption charges.
