A Sarasota beach has again made the list of best beaches in America.
Dr. Beach keeps Siesta Beach in high esteem.
FIU coastal science professor Stephen Leatherman has named his top 10 beaches in the nation.
He uses 50 criteria, including best sand and water quality, environmental management, and amenities.
Dr. Beach has also identified Grayton Beach State Park and Caladesi Island State Park among the best.
Hawaii’s Hanauma Bay on Oahu sits at the very top.
