A shooting investigation is underway in Sarasota near 8th & N. Jefferson earlier this afternoon. Sarasota Police say no onewas injured. The Criminalistics Unit was on scene collecting evidence. Tuttle Elementary was on a brief lock down due to police presence in the area. That lock down has been lifted. Anyone with info asked to call Det. Laster at 941-364-7327.
