Reports of one person taken to the hospital by helicopter in Venice on Laurel Road at Pinebrook this afternoon. The Florida Highway Patrol told us there were 4 passengers involved in this accident. All were transported to the hospital by ambulance with the exception of the driver of the white mustang who was bayflighted. However, they are all expected to be okay. This is right by the I-75 exit for Laurel, but there wasn’t any traffic back up.
