A serial thief was caught in the act early Saturday morning in Charlotte County. Deputies responded to the area of Peachland Blvd and Lyle St. regarding a motorcycle theft that had just occurred. There, they found 33-year old Kenneth Reutzel trying to load the bike onto a flatbed trailer that was being pulled by a GMC Yukon. After questioning him and investigating, deputies found that the bike, the trailer, and the Yukon had all been reported stolen. He also admitted to stealing other trailers in the area late last month. He’s charged with a long list of crimes including grand theft auto.
