Authorities have suspended the search for a man off the coast of Boca Grande.
The Coast Guard says the water swept away two men on Saturday.
Someone on a jet ski found one man, but no one found 22-year-old Javier Castro of Cape Coral.
The News-Press reports Castro did wear a life jacket.
Coast Guard crews covered 250 square nautical miles looking for him.
