Gov. Rick Scott addresses the Florida Legislature for the last time Tuesday as lawmakers open its annual 60-day session. Scott’s State of the State touches on tax cuts, the opioid crisis and more money for schools and the environment. Scott’s future is unclear, but a run for U.S. Senate is not out of the question. He will leave office in January of 2019 due to term limits.
