Foreclosures across southwest Florida are finally back to pre-recession levels dating back to 2006.

According to a report released Wednesday from real estate database ATTOM Data Solutions, less than a half percent of all homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties are considered ‘in some form of distress.’

In all, the two counties combined for 2100 foreclosures in 2018, down 4 percent from 2017 and 90 percent from 2009.
