The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested Christopher Magnant (DOB 12/15/1980) on charges of Scheme to Defraud. Magnant was the owner of Title II Manufacturing LLC, a gun shop in Sarasota. Seven victims have been identified. Each victim paid Magnant upwards of $800 — totaling around $40,000 — with the agreement that he would build and supply firearms, knives, and other tactical equipment. The victims never received the items, and no money was returned.
