2021–2025 Consolidated Plan For Sarasota County
The City of Sarasota and Sarasota County are preparing their Consolidated Plan for the period beginning on October 1, 2021 and ending on September 30, 2026.
Sarasota County is working on updating their Five-Year Consolidated Plan. It’s a roadmap for housing and development needs which need federal funding. The County is asking you fill out a short survey or submit comments to help provide feedback. It will be available until March 31. The Sarasota Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is a cooperative effort of the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County government and serves residents throughout Sarasota County, including the cities of Sarasota, Venice, and North Port.
