Sarasota County has announced places where you can pick up sandbags for the weather.
These places have closed for the day today, but they reopen tomorrow morning at 9 o’clock.
The operation limits 10 bags per person, but it does not require identification.
Sarasota has two locations for the sandbags: Newtown Estates Park, and Twin Lakes Park.
You can also pick up sandbags at the South County Fleet Facility on Englewood Road.
