SARASOTA- The Sarasota County Commission later today will consider giving an undisclosed digital marketing company $144,000 in grants to bring 72 full time jobs to the area.
The anonymous company, which is only known as code name Project Polish, is also said to be considering relocating to Boca Raton. In his report to the commission, Sarasota County Economic Development Director Jeff Maultsby said the company just signed a long-term contract with “the largest flooring manufacturer in the world” to handle their web and digital marketing services.
Maultsby’s report also states that the company “is looking for financial support from Sarasota County to help make the final decision.”
