Southwest Airlines has added seasonal nonstop service between the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE). The service between SRQ and MKE will begin April 17, 2021 and is scheduled for Saturdays only through May 8, 2021. In addition to the new MKE service, a 2nd daily flight to Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) will be added starting March 11 and will go through May 7, 2021.
Southwest Airlines started service at SRQ on February 14th with year-round service to Baltimore/Washington, MD (BWI), Chicago, IL (MDW), Nashville, TN (BNA), and Houston, TX (HOU). Year-round service to Atlanta, GA (ATL) will start on March 11, 2021, seasonal service to Columbus, OH (CMH), Indianapolis, IN (IND), and Pittsburgh, PA (PIT) will start on March 13, 2021, and seasonal service to Milwaukee, WI (MKE) will start on April 17, 2021. These 9 destinations are currently available to book online at Southwest.com.
