The man who was found guilty in the murder of a Punta Gorda 7-11 clerk and the arson of that store has been sentenced to life in prison. On Monday, Michael Russo was sentenced to life on the second degree murder charge and 25-30 years on a charge of first degree arson. A judge said those sentences must be served consecutively. Russo was found guilty in Kyle Farishian’s murder earlier last month.
