Thieves struck Caddy Carts in North Port Monday night. Police say the robbers cut the fence, raised the top bar up, and drove six carts right off the lot. North Port police say they believe they have the bandits on surveillance video…on the other side of town…outside a Publix. Officers say employees at the store called police after seeing something suspicious “with some folks wrestling around with a golf cart that seemed to be in a hurry.” The carts are valued from $8-10K apiece.
