A 69-year-old Punta Gorda man was arrested after the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office investigated complaints of illicit behavior in the Flatwoods Environmental Park on Tamiami Trail. According to police Richard Russell Aaron is facing charges in connection to complaints he exposed himself to an undervover detective and in plain view of others. Aaron was taken to the Charlotte County Jail and later released after posting a $2,500 bond.
