Two people, including a Port Charlotte woman, were injured in a crash on Interstate 75. According to an FHP report, a Seminole woman was dirivng north in the center lane of I-75 near State Road 70 when she rear ended a semi truck which had slowed for traffic. The driver, 30-year old Sara Weaver, and her passenger, 32-year old Jennifer Lee Hauer, of Port Charlotte were taken to Blake Medical Center with serious injuries.
