A fight that happened in the early morning hours inside a North Port home was a justifiable homicide, according to North Port police.
Officials say 44-year old Matt Mullins and 41-year old James Senra got into an argument inside the house on Hyde Park Avenue around 430am. Police say the victim, Senra, was the alleged aggressor in the case.
Mullins, who admitted to shooting Senra, is a concealed carry permit holder and police say circumstances met “the qualifications of being in fear for his life.”
