Police arrested a man Thursday evening who was in possession of over 111 grams of methamphetamine. Matthew K. Ruark, of Holiday, FL. was stopped by police at a traffic stop after being observed for reckless driving. Police discovered meth, other drugs and all sorts of paraphernalia including a stolen firearm when searching the car. Ruark is listed as convicted felon and is now facing eight additional felonies.
