A three-month old who was brought to the hospital with skeletal fractures and other injuries is clinging to life in Sarasota. The parents are awaiting Immigration and Customs Enforcement following their arrest on child neglect charges. 27-year-old Martin Gomez and 28-year-old Magdalena Perez-Lopez are held on $100,000 bonds each on child abuse against their infant daughter. This is not the first time the child has been brought to the hospital.
