An online tip led to an arrest in Charlotte County this week.
Police got a tip about lewd acts occurring at Charlotte Flatwoods Environmental Park.
An undercover officer was patrolling the area when he was approached by 59-year old Kevin Mulvey. The undercover said Mulvey began inappropriately touching himself, and grabbed his groin area. He now faces charges of Battery and Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition.
