NORTH PORT – A warrant has been issued by The FBI for the arrest of North Port, Florida citizen Brian Laundrie.
The arrest warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court of Wyoming on Wednesday for Brian Christopher Laundrie “pursuant to a Federal Grand Jury indictment” and “related to Mr. Laundrie’s activities following the death of Gabrielle Petito,” the FBI said in a statement.
“While this warrant allows law enforcement to arrest Mr. Laundrie, the FBI and our partners across the country continue to investigate the facts and circumstances of Ms. Petito’s homicide,” said Michael Schneider, Denver Special Agent for the FBI.
