The skate park in North Port has been tagged and now the suspect has charges against him. The North Port Police Department has arrested 38-year-old James Williams Jr. on multiple charges for the damage that was done to the park. The graffiti included a swastika sign. The North Port Police Department has said it plans to install cameras at the skate park in the future.
