North Port Police say they have arrested a 21-year-old man for the murder of a victim whose body was found in an underdeveloped area of North Port, near the Charlotte County line. Juan Salazar-Diaz was arrested today and charged with Second Degree Murder, Grand Theft Auto, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon for the murder of 21-year-old Tyren Anthony Kinard of Port Charlotte.
Kinard’s body was found September 8, 2018 near the intersection of Red Oak Road and Sawyer Circle in North Port. If anyone has any additional information about this case, you’re asked to call detectives at 941-429-7323.
