A North Port man will not be charged after a Largo man was killed in a crash Monday morning. Police say the crash happened along Gulf Boulevard in Treasure Island when Gary Orsley failed to stop and slammed into a car driven by a 67-year old North Port man. Orsley was thrown from his Yamaha motorcycle in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, later identified as Jim Uppendahl of North Port, was not injured.
