A North Port business owner has been arrested after exposing himself to a group of 4th graders while they were on a bus. 57-year-old Stephen Fifer was arrested for the May 8th crime on May 25th. Pifer, who owns Steve Personal Pool Service, was said to have pulled along side the school bus and exposed himself.
