A 20-year-old man is under arrest after police in North Port say he used fireworks to blow up two mailboxes. Gregory Bryant II is charged with one count of criminal mischief and two felony counts of destructive device make/throw/possess with intent. Additional charges are pending. North Port Police say two mailboxes were destroyed by what appear to be M-80 fireworks but thankfully no one was hurt.
