It was a messy morning on the roads yesterday after a crash involving two semi-trucks on Interstate 75. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, one truck crashed into the other while attempting to merge near mile marker 167 -just after the Harborview Road exit- a little after 7am. One of the trucks swerved away from the crash, then caught on fire. All northbound lanes were blocked for the better part of an hour while crews tried to clear the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
