No injuries were reported after a crash between a Nokomis fire truck and a trailer yesterday morning.
Witnesses told police the accident happened at the intersection of Tamiami Trail at Laurel Road around 1130am.
The Florida Highway patrol is investigating the cause of the crash, as well as the the speed both vehicles were traveling and whether the fire truck was responded to an emergency.
