Nineteen people have been arrested suspected of drug trafficking and dealing, according to Lee County deputies. Investigators said this bust has spanned over three months. Thirty-nine people have been identified as suspects in the case. 369 grams of fentanyl were found. Two milligrams of fentanyl can kill the average adult. Deputies also seized 309 grams of cocaine, 394 grams of crack, 125 grams of heroin, 590 grams of meth, and six guns. More arrests could be made.
