The Pine Bluff City Council will consider an ordinance to waive competitive bidding and contract with Go Forward Pine Bluff to operate and manage the Pine Bluff Business Innovation Hub. Under the proposal, the 2019 city budget includes the establishment and operation of a business innovation hub to help create new business for the city, encourage expansion of existing businesses, and provide assistance to both for the purpose of expanding the city’s business base.
