A Naples man who was involved in an accident on Interstate 75 last month has died. 54-year old Brian Thomas Naegele, of Naples, was driving a 2003 Pontiac northbound on I-75 near County Road 779 when he went off the roadway into the median, hit a guard rail, and flipped the car. The FHP says it’s still unclear if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash. The crash report wasn’t released until Wednesday, more than 10 days after the accident. The FHP was waiting to notify Naegele’s next of kin.
