A judge has denied a reduced sentence for a North Port woman whose infant son died last year.
Kristin Bury has pleaded no contest in the death of Chance Walsh.
His body surfaced in the woods in October.
Bury’s plea means 25 years in prison and testifying against the baby’s father.
