The world’s oldest profession may have the secret life of a mother/daughter pair from Sarasota as part of its employee field. The Sarasota Police Department Street Crimes Unit and Narcotics Unit arrested 55-year-old Anne Dodge and 30-year-old Jennifer Dodge for possibly running a prostitution ring in their home on Bay Street. For the last three months, authorities performed several undercover operations at the home. Both women performed acts, some sexual, some not, to undercover officers for money. A search warrant was executed last week and the two women were both arrested last week as well. The older Dodge was charged with two counts of unlicensed practice of a health care profession, which is a felony. Also, she is charged with being an unlicensed massage therapist. Jennifer Dodge was charged with felony prostitution. Jennifer also has three prior convictions of prostitution.
