A local division of a national homebuilder is the latest to join in developing part of the West Villages in southern Sarasota County. M/I Homes announced this week they plan to build 136 home in Oasis at West Villages. The houses will start at 2,100 square feet and have tile roofs, 3-car garages, outdoor spaces, and open concept floor plans. West Villages Florida, which sits on 10,000 acres, is one of the fastest selling master- planned communities nationwide.
