Construction is officially underway on homes in the newest planned community that will join the West Villages. Builders started this week on The Preserve at West Villages. By early fall, five model homes and a villa will be up and ready for viewing. The new homes will range from 1,500 to 2,600 square feet. The West Villages Improvement District will also be eventually home to the Atlanta Braves’ new spring training facility. That West Villages area is skyrocketing in growth- it’s now the fourth fastest-selling community in America.
