A new report out this week showed that rent in Englewood, North Port and Venice dropped slightly in March of 2019 compared to the same time last year.
Average rents in the three cities each dropped by around one percent. Englewood continued to see the cheapest rent of any town up and down the Suncoast, with 1-bedroom units coming in at less than $600 per month.
Venice’s rentals averaged around $1,000 per month for a 1BR and just under $1300 for a two-bed unit. North Port was a bit cheaper at $890 and $1140, respectively.
