A pair of Manatee County School Board members took their disagreement from a school board meeting to the parking lot Tuesday. Dave Miner has been accused of using his car as a weapon against Scott Hopes after Tuesday’s volatile meeting. Hopes claims Miner cursed at him and then drove at him erratically. Hopes was quoted by the Herald Tribune saying “He’s lucky my gun was in my car.”
