The name of the Manatee County deputy involved in the fatal shooting of a Bradenton man last week has been released. 37-year-old Patrick Drymon is accused of killing 38-year-old Corey Mobley in the yard of a home on Jan. 23rd. Mobley had left a gas station after having a fight with his wife, which was the original reason police were involved. After being cornered by police, Mobley told police he had a gun but one was never found. The initial investigation found that Drymon acted correctly in the shooting and he is on restricted duty pending completion of the investigation.
