The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help in finding an endangered 57-year-old man. At around 9 p.m. on Sunday, Donald Joseph Kay called a longtime friend, saying his cancer returned and it was time to handle it his way. His friend called the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office after not hearing from Donald in 24 hours. Deputies are searching for Donald, who was last seen in the 4400 block of 18th Street East.
